D'Arcy's Dublin Stout
DArcys was one of 19th century Dublins favourite stouts. First conceived at the Anchor Brewery in 1740, its taste was said to make grown men weep for more. So, in 1996, when we came to brewing a stout, Mr. DArcys recipe was the obvious choice. DArcys is a dry stout whose unique blend of malts and grains give rise to a range of flavours. It goes well with oysters, chocolate, cheese and dessert and like all our beers is craft brewed from a recipe of all natural ingredients and passion.
Ingredients: Water, malted barley, roast barley, flaked barley, wheat, yeast, hops, Irish moss.
